Lyndsey Milcarek is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with a strong background in public health and international medicine. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. Building on her academic foundation, she earned a Master in Public Health with a concentration in Health Services Administration from the same institution. Her graduate research focused on creating a community health assessment report for North Bengal, India, which included interventional recommendations to guide funding organizations. Lyndsey also holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Daemen College.
Her extensive experience in global health includes working in South Africa with the American International Health Alliance (AIHA), where she trained Clinical Associates in physical exam skills, gross anatomy, and medical topics. Currently, Lyndsey practices as a primary and urgent care provider in upstate New York. Passionate about advancing the PA profession on a global scale, she actively advocates for unifying Advanced Practitioners worldwide.
