- About Me
I’ve been a PA since 2002. I’ve worked in England, Pennsylvania, Alaska, Kansas, Delaware, Washington and currently Colorado. Most of my experience has been in the Trauma Surgery, Emergency Medicine, and Urgent Care. I have also done some work in primary care.
My initial degree was a Bachelor’s in PA Studies and in 2023 I finished my Master’s Completion in PA Studies in order to have the terminal degree as a PA along with most of my peers.
- Global Health Experience
In 2024, I plan to go to Ukraine to provide primary care/urgent care services to communities affected by war.
Previously, I have provided surgical assistance and medical care on “missions”to Peru, Guatemala, Haiti and Colombia with different organizations.
I have also volunteered with an organization called Project C.U.R.E. Based in Colorado that donates medical supplies and gently used equipment to organizations in developing countries that have requested assistance. My medical background provided helpful insight into these assessments. With this organization I have traveled to Uganda, Ghana, Swaziland, Sri Lanka and Guatemala.
I have taught as a Master Trainer teaching Helping Babies Breathe to midwives and birth attendants in Uganda with Project C.U.R.E.
