This organization engages in the all encompassing approach to improving health care through empathy, compassion, and serving the less fortunate. They currently have programs to promote elementary education, nutrition, supplying life saving medicines, donations of updated medical equipment to hospitals along with provisions and staffing of remote clinics and local hospitals.

Every year multiple mission occur where healthcare professionals practicing in the U.S. come to support their Haitian counterparts assigned to the health centers and hospitals of the southeast department of Haiti. while offering in-hospital and mobile clinics our volunteers provide medical assessments, deliver curative care and support patient education. All patients receive these services free of charge and all medications are given at no cost to the patients.

Caribbean Lifetime Missions (customizable trip)

Involves both mobile/informal clinic coverage and formal standing clinics. Taking 12 trips per year from 8 days to 2 weeks. Groups organized by hospitals/universities can go to all locations. Individual volunteers can only go to Jamaica at this time.

Accommodations in Jamaica are at the organizations Jamaica Camp, rental phones are available for purchase for $5.00/day and will be given to you a few days prior to departure, internet access is available approx. 20min walk from the camp. Length of trips are typically 8days and 7 nights, timing can be customized. You will be required, however, to bring your own sheets and towels.
